The research done here did a collection of the data of International Elite Press from U.S.A, China and India. These international elite press (E-P) were New York Time (N-Y-T), Global Times (G-T), and Times of India (T-O-I). The researcher did utilization of framing theory to solidify the research work. For data collection and hypothesis testing, researcher took help from the content analysis method by using defined categories. The result shows, Pakistan’s image negatively developed at the international level, and U.S.A security departments blamed the Pakistan military with terrorism. The T-O-I majorly criticized Pak attitude towards the terrorism. T-O-I also stated Pakistan to be safe haven for terrorism. These stories' statements undoubtedly hit the Pakistan Image at the global level, and the Indian press never ever recognize any hard work of Pakistan leadership as well as military, against the militant groups. Overall, the selected international press discussed and framed highly negative image of Pakistan about economy situation, military failure against terrorist activities.</p> ER -
